## Frequently Asked Questions

#### How fresh is your coffee?

All our coffee is roasted to order and shipped within 24 hours of roasting. We never sell coffee that has been sitting on a shelf.

#### What grind options do you offer?

We offer whole bean, filter grind, espresso grind, and cafetiere grind. We always recommend buying whole bean and grinding fresh at home.

#### Do you offer subscriptions?

Yes! Our monthly subscription plans let you choose your preferred coffee and delivery frequency. Pause or cancel anytime.

#### How long does delivery take?

UK orders are dispatched next working day via Royal Mail. Standard delivery takes 2-3 working days. Express next-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12pm.

#### Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Absolutely. We supply cafes, restaurants, and offices across the UK. Email trade@roastair.com for a sample pack and price list.

#### Are your coffees ethically sourced?

Yes. We work directly with farmers and cooperatives, paying well above Fairtrade minimums. Read more on our Sustainability page.
